Commencement requires a 50% non-refundable deposit on all orders over $250 to source premium fibers. Payments are finalized via PayPal or major cards. Personal commissions are non-refundable once the crafting phase begins. When your item is finished, a custom listing will be posted for you to purchase from.
How long does a custom piece typically take?
Timing varies by project complexity. Generally, small crochet items take 2-3 weeks, while larger hand-woven rugs or intricate larger crochet items may take 6-8 weeks from the final design approval.
Can I provide my own design idea?
Absolutely! We love collaborating. During the inquiry process, you can share sketches or color palettes that inspire you, and we will work together to translate that vision into a fiber art reality.
